Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our terms are below so you know exactly where you stand.

Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel:

  • 60 days or more before check-in: [refund of all payments except the deposit]

  • 30 to 59 days before check-in: 50% refund of all payments made, excluding the deposit

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: no refund

How to cancel
Please cancel in writing by email. We use the date we receive your email to work out your refund.

No-shows
If you don't arrive and haven't given written notice, this counts as a cancellation with less than 30 days' notice, so no refund applies.

Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 business days. Card and booking processing fees are non-refundable.

If we need to change your booking
If we have to cancel or reschedule, you can choose a new date or a full refund, including your deposit.
